Elaborada con lúpulos Cryo Fresh del valle de Yakima! Las cervezas con lúpulo fresco fuera de temporada de cosecha antes parecían imposibles, pero ésta se acerca mucho. Gracias al innovador proceso criogénico de YCH, el lúpulo se cosecha, se peletiza en condiciones de ultrafrío y se congela. Como resultado una IPA repleta de intenso aroma a maracuyá y mango, con un fondo herbáceo y verde. MOSAIC + SIMCOE.
