La impresión inicial es suave, con la malta Maris Otter con notas de miel, antes de que se imponga una oleada de intenso sabor a lúpulo. Dominan los cítricos, la corteza de limón y las agujas de pino. El amargor es alto y firme, pero sin llegar a ser áspero. El final es seco, con un retrogusto a lúpulo limpio y persistente, y alguna nota residual de malta.

11/20 es una cerveza elaborada por Dougalls en colaboración con San Frutos para celebrar el 20 aniversario de Dougalls. Destaca por un perfil aromático intenso y muy envolvente, en el que se combinan fruta tropical, cítricos maduros y fruta de hueso con gran profundidad. La incorporación de terpenos Gelato potencia la expresión del lúpulo y amplifica la persistencia de sus matices, dando lugar a una sensación aromática más rica y duradera.
